UMD History Alum Evan Friss Publishes New Book

Evan Friss Writes the History of the American Bookstore

UMD Department of History alumni Evan Friss (BA 2002) has published with Penquin Random House a new book titled The Bookshop: A History of the American Bookstore. The book is inspired by his love of bookstores, including those where his wife has worked.
